Antonov is the largest currently used and heaviest aircraft in history. Only one was built (the second one was not completed). It is a Soviet-made six-engine transport aircraft from the Antonov Design Bureau, built at the OK Antonowa plant in Kiev. "Mrija" measures 84 m in length, with a wingspan of 88.4 m. The plane has a total height of 18.1 m, which is more than a five-story apartment block measures. If he were on the pitch of a football stadium, the tips of his wings would extend beyond the sidelines, and his beak and tail would touch both penalty areas. The An-225 Mrija hold is 43.35 m long, 6.4 m wide and 4.4 m high. It can accommodate up to 100 passenger cars. Its load capacity is 250 tons.
